Create an event group
Summary: Create a group to organize related events, such as a tour or season.
Steps
- From the Event Groups page, select New.
- Enter a Name for the group, such as the tour or season name.
- Optionally add a Description.
- Leave the Cancelled toggle off for an active or upcoming group. Turn it on only if the run has been cancelled.
- Select Save.
The group appears on the Event Groups page. Its status, date range, and run progress are derived automatically from the events you assign to it — assign an event to this group when you create or edit the event.
