Create an event group

Summary: Create a group to organize related events, such as a tour or season.

Steps

  1. From the Event Groups page, select New.
  2. Enter a Name for the group, such as the tour or season name.
  3. Optionally add a Description.
  4. Leave the Cancelled toggle off for an active or upcoming group. Turn it on only if the run has been cancelled.
  5. Select Save.

The group appears on the Event Groups page. Its status, date range, and run progress are derived automatically from the events you assign to it — assign an event to this group when you create or edit the event.
