Set estimated attendance

Summary: Record how many people you expect at an event so it appears in the calendar's monthly overview.

Estimated attendance is your headcount forecast for an event. It feeds the Est. attendance total shown in the overview bar above the calendar, helping you size a month at a glance. It's a planning figure, not an actual attendance count.

Steps

  1. Open the event in the Event calendar (or start a new one).
  2. In Estimated attendance, enter a whole number (0 or more).
  3. Choose Save.

You can leave it blank — the field is optional. Update it any time as your forecast changes.
