Download a settlement PDF

Summary: Open or save the signed settlement PDF for any completed event.

Before you begin

Each settlement's PDF is generated when the event is settled and signed on the POS. A row's download is only available once that PDF exists; if it isn't ready, the download control is unavailable for that row.

Steps

  1. Open Settlements in your Shopify admin and find the event you want. Filter by date range or location if you need to narrow the list — see Review past settlements.
  2. On the row, choose the Download PDF action at the end of the row.
  3. The settlement PDF opens in a new browser tab. From there you can read it, save it, or print it using your browser.

The PDF is the signed record of the settlement, including the figures and the signatures captured on the POS. For what the document contains and how signing works, see Settlement signatures & PDF.
