Inventory transfers

Summary: Use the Inventory transfers tile to record stock brought In, topped up (Add), and taken back Out for an event's inventory location during the night.

Before you begin

• The event needs at least one inventory location, set when you advance the event. If none is set, the tile asks you to Select an inventory location for this event.
• Only active products with inventory at the selected location appear in the list.

Steps

1. Tap the Inventory transfers tile (subtitle: Move stock between locations).
2. Confirm the event (Change event if needed) and the Inventory location. If the event has one location it's selected automatically; otherwise pick from Select location.
3. Tap a product to open its variants. Each variant shows units available and three quantity fields: In, Add, and Out.
4. Enter quantities:
   • In — stock you're bringing in to start (records the initial count).
   • Add — additional stock added after the In count (enabled once an In transfer exists).
   • Out — stock pulled back out at the end (enabled once an In transfer exists).
5. Tap Submit to save. A Saved toast confirms. Use Clear to discard unsaved edits; an unsaved changes banner appears while edits are pending, and a banner warns if a transfer is still running.
6. To correct columns that are locked by the In → Add → Out sequence, turn on Unlock columns to edit any field.

Notes

• Transfers are scoped to the event, inventory location, and product, and feed the INVENTORY TRANSFERS section of the Settle event modal.
