Print vs download labels

Summary: Send your barcode labels straight to a printer or save the PDF to your device — and re-print any saved document.

Once you've chosen products, Event POS builds the same barcode PDF either way. The difference is what happens to it:

• Print opens your browser or device print dialog so you can send the labels to a printer right away.
• Download saves the PDF file to your device, so you can keep it, print it later, or send it to someone else.

Steps

Print or download from the product browser

1. On the Barcodes page, find the product or variant in the list.
2. Use the row's Print button to open the print dialog, or the Download button to save the PDF.

Save first, then re-print

1. Build and Save document as described in Generate a barcode label PDF.
2. In the Barcode documents list, use the row's Print button to print a saved sheet again at any time.
