Settlements

Summary: Browse and review the settlement records created when you close out an event on the POS.

The Settlements page in your Shopify admin is where you review the settlements that have already been completed. Each row is a record of an event that was settled on the POS: it shows the location, event, date, paid attendance, and gross, along with who retained the credit card fee and tax (the Artist or the Venue), the payout type, and a link to download the settlement PDF.

Settling an event — entering the numbers, capturing signatures, and generating the record — happens on the POS device at the end of the night. This page is the read-only, after-the-fact view of those records for reconciliation and reporting.
