Settlements

Summary: Browse and review the settlement records created when you close out an event — and settle an event directly from the admin when you're not at the POS.

The Settlements page in your Shopify admin is where you review the settlements that have already been completed. Each row is a record of a settled event: it shows the location, event, date, paid attendance, and gross, along with who retained the credit card fee and tax (the Artist or the Venue), the payout type, and a link to download the settlement PDF.

Settling an event — entering the numbers, naming the signers, and generating the record — usually happens on the POS device at the end of the night, but you can also settle an event from the admin via the Event Calendar. Either way, the record lands here for reconciliation and reporting.
