Order Imports
Summary: The Order Imports page brings sales that happened outside Shopify POS — for example, orders a vendor rang up at your event — into that event's records, by uploading a CSV file.
Some sales don't go through your Shopify POS but still belong to an event's totals. Order Imports creates real Shopify orders from a CSV file and attaches them to the event you choose, so they count toward the event's revenue and its settlement alongside your POS sales.
Each import is a tracked record. The page lists every import with its Event, Status, number of Orders created, Errors, and when it was Created, plus View details to open the full result. An import moves through statuses as it runs — Awaiting confirmation, Running, Completed, Partially failed, or Failed.
You reach the page two ways:
- Order Imports in the app navigation.
- Import orders in an event card's actions menu on the Event Calendar, which opens the import flow with that event pre-selected.
The Download template button in the page header gives you a ready-to-fill CSV with the correct columns.
In this section
