Human Rights & Anti-Modern-Slavery Policy

1. Purpose and Commitment

ONELIVE, LLC ("ONELIVE," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to conducting business ethically and to respecting internationally recognized human rights across our operations and supply chain. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery in any form — including forced, bonded, indentured, or compulsory labor; human trafficking; and child labor. This Policy sets out the standards we hold ourselves to and expect of the partners who work with us.

As a provider of ecommerce technology, membership and fan club programs, VIP and ticketing services, point-of-sale solutions, and global fulfillment to clients in the music, sports, entertainment, and creator industries, we recognize that our responsibility extends beyond our own workforce to the vendors, carriers, staffing agencies, and subcontractors that support our services.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all ONELIVE directors, officers, employees, and contingent workers, and to all suppliers, vendors, staffing agencies, carriers, and other business partners who provide goods or services to or on behalf of ONELIVE. It covers all of our operations, including our corporate functions and our warehousing and fulfillment activities.

3. Our Standards

We are committed to the following standards, and we expect the same of our business partners:

  • No forced labor. All work is voluntary. Workers are free to leave employment on reasonable notice and are never required to lodge deposits or surrender identity documents as a condition of employment.

  • No human trafficking. We prohibit any activity that recruits, transports, harbors, or obtains a person for compelled labor or services.

  • No child labor. We do not employ anyone below the minimum working age established by applicable law.

  • Ethical recruitment. Workers do not pay recruitment fees to obtain employment, and terms of employment are communicated clearly before work begins.

  • Fair treatment. We provide wages and working hours that meet or exceed applicable law, a safe and healthy working environment, and freedom from harassment, discrimination, and inhumane treatment.

  • Freedom of association. We respect workers' lawful rights to associate, organize, and bargain collectively.

4. Our Operations

ONELIVE is a United States company headquartered in Austin, Texas with secondary locations in Nashville, TN. We verify the employment eligibility of our personnel in accordance with applicable law. Where we engage seasonal, temporary, or contingent labor to support fulfillment operations, we source it through reputable staffing partners and require those partners to comply with this Policy. We do not tolerate the unlawful withholding of wages or identity documents, unlawful wage deductions, or debt-bondage arrangements by any party working within our operations.

5. Our Supply Chain and Business Partners

Our supply chain consists primarily of technology and software providers, third-party ecommerce platforms and applications, shipping and logistics carriers, staffing agencies, and fulfillment subcontractors. We expect every business partner to:

  • comply with all applicable anti-slavery, anti-trafficking, labor, and employment laws;
  • uphold standards consistent with this Policy within their own operations and supply chains;
  • and permit reasonable inquiry, and where appropriate audit, into their labor practices.

We reserve the right to decline to engage, or to terminate our relationship with, any partner that fails to meet these expectations or that is found to be involved in modern slavery.

6. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

We take a risk-based approach to identifying and addressing modern slavery risk. This includes considering human rights and labor practices when selecting and onboarding suppliers and staffing partners, incorporating compliance expectations into our agreements where appropriate, and giving closer attention to relationships that present elevated risk. Where we identify a credible risk or instance of modern slavery, we will act promptly to investigate and remediate.

7. Training and Awareness

We make this Policy available to our workforce and raise awareness of modern slavery risks and reporting channels among personnel whose roles involve procurement, fulfillment operations, or supplier management.

8. Reporting Concerns

Anyone who suspects that modern slavery or a human rights violation is occurring in ONELIVE's operations or supply chain is encouraged to report it promptly to legal@onelive.com. Reports may be made confidentially. ONELIVE prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith or who assists with an investigation.

9. Governance and Review

Responsibility for this Policy sits with ONELIVE's leadership. We will review this Policy at least annually and update it as our business, operations, and legal obligations evolve.
